What details do you collect?
We collect personal information to organise and run the Arts Trail. Your information will be used by committee members to contact you when planning the trail (such as venue location and project type), create the necessary marketing materials (such as Brochure and Website, including your Address and any promotional websites you submit) and the value of ticket you have registered for.
The only way we collect personal details are through the Registration form. Once submitted the details are emailed to a Google Mail email address and are saved on a private Google Sheet. The information regarding the storage for Google products can be found here and here.
The personal data requested includes, but is not limited to:
- your name
- your contact details – email address, phone number and social media accounts
- you address
- your project details
There is an Opt-in selection on the website to control what is displayed on the Brochure and Website, and alternative Name, Phone and Email details if you want separate details displayed.
We may collect information how the Service is accessed and used. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Cookies are collected to improve the service offered: The website uses Google Analytics to track your navigation of the website. This is achieved via cookies from a 3rd-party website, but does not contain personal information. It is simply to view statistics on how the website is used to create a higher conversion of viewers to clients, and to form a better experience for you.
